DIY Installation Instructions

Evacuated Tube solar panels are suitable for professional and DIY installation. However, you will need to have basic plumbing and electrical skills as well as some knowledge of solar systems. We recommend that you have the required skills before attempting an installation. We offer training courses and have qualified local installers should you have any doubts. Please contact us and we can arrange for suitable training or for a trained installer to contact you to assist in the installation of your panel.

Process
1. Install panel FRAME/manifold on roof (without tubes)
2. Replace existing Cylinder with Solar twin-coil cylinder
3. Install pipework/accessories
4. Install Electrical works
5. Fill the system and commission
6. Install tubes
7. Check function of system, re-bleed air if necessary
